TOPSEN uses the name, telephone number, email address, message and product interests you submit to respond to your inquiry. Contact marketing@top-sealant.com for questions about your information or to request its deletion.
Verification and email
The inquiry form loads Google reCAPTCHA only after you agree and submit. Google may process device and connection information to prevent abuse. Our server verifies the token and sends your inquiry to our configured business recipients by email. Failed or uncertain requests are not automatically retried.
You can contact us directly by email or telephone without using this verification service. Withdrawing the checkbox before submitting prevents verification. To stop an already loaded Google session, reload this page; the checkbox starts unchecked and the service will not load again until you submit with consent.
External links and storage
WhatsApp, social media and video links open services operated by those providers. We do not embed third-party players. Google Analytics loads by default on this website, independently of the inquiry verification checkbox. A saved disabled preference prevents Analytics from loading on subsequent visits. Analytics choices apply for 180 days. See our Cookie Policy for cookies, local storage and the Cookie settings control. Declining stops further analytics collection on this page and removes accessible first-party Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already sent to Google. Statistics may include page views, interaction events, device and connection information. We do not send inquiry field values to Analytics, and page-view URLs omit queries and fragments. Analytics is disabled on local preview domains. Hosting and email providers process requests as necessary to operate the site. Server access logs may include connection information.
News comments
We store the nickname, comment text, optional email address, and submission page language and path to receive and moderate comments. Depending on the article settings, comments become public immediately after verification or after administrator approval. Published nicknames, comment text and TOPSEN official replies are shared across language versions of the same article; your text is not automatically translated.
Your optional email address is private to administrators and is not used for comment subscriptions or notification emails. Google verification runs only when you agree and submit a comment, independently of optional Analytics. To ask about moderation or request deletion, contact marketing@top-sealant.com. Removed comments are hidden from public view; soft-deleted records and private backups may remain until separately cleared.
